(Atonement; Penance) A tithe collector, in the dream, stands for a person who pokes into other people’s affairs unduly. For a person to dream of seeing the tithe collector warns that such person will encounter severe adversities and calamity, heavy financial losses and disasters, or such trials that will befall a believer to direct him to repent for his sins and to wash his heart from impurities, and to release him from the burdens incurred by his sins.
