(Collateral; Deposit; Hostage; Security) A pawn, in the dream, stands for the valuable goods that are deposited as security for a loan, or it could stand for changes for better in a person’s life. If a woman dreams that she deposits something valuable as security for a thing that has no real value or is worthless; this warns that she may fall in love with an insolent man, who will abuse her, or take advantage of her, or use her for his own advantages only. If a person dreams that he signs collateral; this warns that there is no trust between the lender and the borrower. On the other hand, a security deposit could also denote going on a journey.
