If a person dreams that he sees himself turning in his sleep and resting on his stomach or putting his face down; this warns that such person will turn his back on his faith and that he will all that he has gained both in this world as well as in the hereafter. But if it the other way round, that is one dreams of lying on his back; it indicates that such one will repent and turn away from his sins. It could also be taken to mean that such person will confront the people and correct their wrong way of life.
