(Escape; Fear; Take a flight) If a person dreams that he is running away from something; this means that such person will turn to God Almighty for refuge and protection. To dream that one is running away could mean that such person will receive an appointment, or that he will repent of his sins; it could also be a warning of his death. If a person dreams that he sees himself running away from an enemy that he fears; this omen that such person will be save from such enemy. If a scholar or a person of knowledge dreams that he sees himself running away from an enemy; this dream predicts that such scholar will be appointed as a judge or as a governor. A person who sees this dream must read psalm 46 three times at the time of prayer, fast for three days, and pray that God Almighty should protect him from sudden death and from those gunning for his life.
