If one dreams that he has a pain in his chest; this denotes that he is being punished for his sin; it could also mean that he is being punished for being a spendthrift, or it could denote that one is generous outside God’s pleasure and the pain is punishment for the sin. (See Body 1; Chest 2; Pain)
