If one dreams that he has internal bleeding; it indicates that he will suffer financial loss, or that he will suffer from the results of other people’s interference in his life. But one will latter end up recovering the financial losses and compensation for the pains he has suffered. If one dreams that he is attacked and wounded, and that his attacker is smeared with his blood; it warns that one will commit a sin, or will acquire some money illegally. (See bleeding nose).
