If someone who intends to trust some valuable item, or to confide a secret to another person’s care, but dreams that he witnesses a case of frustration; such a one should immediately stop such arrangement. If one dreams that he is castrated; this warns that one has refused to testify to the truth. If one dreams that he sees himself castrated or that he castrates himself; this warns that he will be inflicted with humiliation and compelled to submit to another person command. If one dreams that he meets with a castrated person whom he cannot recognise, but who has a respectable bearing and speaks wisely; this denotes that one has met the angel of his Lord sent to bring him good tidings or a warning. But if one is able to recognise the castrated person in the dream; it only means that one meets with an acquaintance. To dream that one sees himself castrated also means an increase in one’s devotion and the guarding of one’s chastity. In the dream, castration indicates negation of favours and loss of one’s children or family; it could also imply that one lacks proper mannerism, one is selfish, or it could indicate evil intentions or hypocrisy.
