If one dreams that he sees a gathering of several crescents; it denotes that one will go on a pilgrimage to Mecca. To see a red crescent in the dream predicts that dreamer will suffer a miscarriage. To dream and see a crescent fall to the earth, this announces a new born. For one to dream that he sees the new crescent when everyone else fails to see it; this predicts the death of dreamer shortly, or it could mean that he will go astray and become corrupt in that particular year of his life. If one dreams that he sees the new crescent outside the normal time; this denotes that one will receive good news, happy tidings; it could be announcing the home returning of a long expected traveller, or the birth of a new baby.
